目的 回顾性研究分析连续病例眼眶蜂窝织炎伴脓肿形成患者的手术治疗的适应症手术时机,手术入路以及抗生素应用原则方法 采用回顾性病例研究分析27例眶蜂窝织炎的临床病例。手术前后常规性眼球突出度、眼球运动、眼眶CT平扫冠状位矢状位检查眼眶MRI检查,术后随访3月至9月。结果 所有手术病例19例,均为眶蜂窝织炎伴脓肿形成,手术后局部炎症迅速消退,预后良好。未手术病例中,4例为眶内侧脓肿形成,采用足量抗生素
