Chinas resource security is becoming more uncertain because of climate change,price volatility,the emergence of new energy technologies and eventual resource constraints.In particular,the future of fossil fuel is clouded,accelerated by the breakthrough Paris Climate Agreement,and reducing its use might significantly increase the demand on other resources,which themselves are limited as well.
