Pancreatic cancer has a grim prognosis, with a 5-year survival rate of only 5％, and is listed as one of the top 4 fatal cancers.Currently, surgery is considered the most effective way for complete recovery.Unfortunately, operations are feasible for only 20％ to 30％ of patients, and the longterm survival rate is very low.In addition, patients life quality is greatly lowered owing to unbearable pain.Therefore, it is important to find a radical treatment to prolong their lives and improve their life quality as well.
