Mitogen-activated protein kinase cascades are signal transduction modules highly conserved in all eukaryotes regulating various aspects of processes,including stress responses and developmental process.Our previous work has found a MAP kinase kinase,SIP2(SymRK-interacting protein 2)interact with symbiosis receptor kinase,SymRK and affect the nodule organogenesis in Lotus japonicus.
