　　The backward wave oscillations(BWO)are among the most promising solutions for THz power generation.It can be also used for plasma diagnosis in the ITER project at the frequency of 340GHz.In this paper,two kinds of SWSs which are folded-waveguide and double corrugated rectangular waveguide are analyzed.
