Salmonella was a worldwide important pathogenic bacteria, belonged to the enterobacteriaceae family,Salmonella genus and the facultative anaerobic gram-negative bacilli.Salmonella had the general flagella and Ⅰ type pilus.Salmonella included salmonella bongor serovar strains and salmonella enterica serovar strains, of which the enteric salmonella can be divided into six different subspecies according to the biological, antigenic characteristics and genes.Salmonella has complex antigen structure, containing bacteria (O) antigen, flagella (H) antigen and surface antigen (capsule or coated antigen).According to the serum type was different, so far more than 2 500 salmonella serotype had been found.
