惠州市红十字会无偿献血志愿工作者服务队成立于2006年8月5日。6年来,服务队在惠州市志愿者联合会、市红十字会、市献血办公室的正确领导和大力支持下,全体志愿者凝聚在“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的旗帜下,以保障全市130多家医院医疗急救用血的需要为目标,积极开展无偿献血宣传招募工作,取得了卓著的成绩。志愿者们靓丽的身影经常出现在街头、企事业单位及乡镇的无偿献血现场,他们热情周到地服务、耐心细致地宣传,受到市委、市政府、市卫生行政部门等上级部门和领导的高度赞扬和肯定,赢得了全市人民的赞许,为推动惠州市无偿献血事业健康稳定的发展做出了巨大的贡献。
