武钢高炉碱金属行为及其影响

一、前言近年来高炉中碱金属的危害引起国内外炼铁工作者的广泛重视。目前武钢高炉碱负荷约7~9公斤/吨铁,已造成危害。本文着重论述武钢高炉碱金属的来源及其在高炉各部位残砖、渣皮及炉料中的富集分布状况,并通过热力学计算对武钢高炉内碱金属的行为进行探讨。二、武钢高炉碱金属的来源武钢高炉常用块矿主要是海南矿、澳矿、清路矿、综合矿等。人造富矿由武钢烧结厂一烧、三烧车间提供,高炉熟料约80%,常用原燃料的化学成分见表1。从表1可见,清路、广南等矿碱金属含量较高,但高炉碱金属的主要来源是烧结 I.
