超高分子量环氧改性预浸料用环氧树脂体系

  碳纤维预浸料具有力学性能优异、工艺性能好、粘接强度高、收缩率小和耐介质性能优异等特点,在航空航天、交通运输、体育休闲及工业等领域有着重要的应用。但预浸料用环氧树脂体系存在固化后物性脆、耐冲击性差和容易开裂等缺点。为了改善环氧树脂体系的韧性,我们研究了不同添加比例超高分子量环氧对其力学性能的影响。
