　　Background: The aim of the study is to evaluate the effects of chemotherapy by measuring the circulating cell-free tumor specific DNA (ctDNA) concentration and the tumor volume based metabolic parameters (Metabolic Tumor Volume and Total Lesion Glycolysis) by 18F-FDG PET/CT in rabbit VX2 lung tumor model to explore the potential clinical application of "liquid biopsy" and "molecular imaging" for monitoring the chemosensitivity on VX2 lung cancer animal model.
