Objective: Increasing evidence has demonstrated that CADM1 /TSLC1(Cell adhesion molecule 1) is crucially implicated in various biological processes including proliferation,apoptosis,and invasion during tumorigenesis.However,its mechanism of suppression of tumor growth and metastasis in melanoma is not known.The purpose of this study was to present if CADM1 /TSLC1 can induce growth suppression and apoptosis in melanoma.
