低温干燥工艺提升电厂热效率和水平衡

中国,美国和印尼的褐煤含有较高的潮湿度,通常在25%到40%期间.德国和澳大利亚的褐煤的潮湿度位于40%到60%.相比较于烟煤和无烟煤,燃烧褐煤产生更大的烟气量以及锅炉热损失,更高的机组厂用电量和机组的维护费用,更低的净机组热效率.先进的炉前燃煤干燥技术不仅可以有效的解决这些问题,还可以降低湿法除硫塔中水的消耗以及减少循环水冷却塔中水的蒸发损失.自从2009年年底,大河能源的煤溪发电站的两台机组已经成功的商业化运作一套低温燃煤干燥提质工艺(叫做DryFining TM fuel enhancement process)。DryFining TM燃煤提质工艺使用电厂的废热作为热源来移除燃煤中的部分水蒸气.这篇论文呈现了煤溪发电站在安装DryFiningTM燃煤提质工艺前后厂净热效率,污染排放以及水平衡的比较,也介绍了从DryFining干燥系统中潜在的水回收率.最后讨论了DryFining燃煤提质系统对于世界上其他燃烧高水分煤的电厂的潜在受益。
