Chiral inorganic powers and films with ordered mesostructure were synthesized by cooperative self-assembly of chiral templates, such as, amino acid derived amphiphiles,DNA and peptides, small chiral molecules, and inorganic sources.(ⅰ) Plasmonic chiroptical properties of chiral mesoporous silica (CMS) powder have been achieved by dispersing achiral Ag isotropic spheric nanoparticles (AgNPs) and anisotropic nanowires (AgNWs) into CMS1-3.
