绝经后妇女由于卵巢功能的衰退,生殖器官萎缩,宫颈鳞柱交界上移,致使阴道镜下常呈不满意镜像,影响了宫颈癌的早期发现。本文目的在于通过765例不同绝经年限的妇女,重点观察宫颈鳞柱交界,了解其上移及演变情况,进而探讨阴道镜在绝经妇女中的使用价值。资料与方法自1979年10月至1986年9月,我院妇产科门诊阴道镜检查2644例中,自然绝经一年以上的765例,年龄 Postmenopausal women due to the decline of ovarian function, genital atrophy, cervical squamous junction up, resulting in colposcopy often dissatisfied mirror, affecting the early detection of cervical cancer. The purpose of this paper is to examine the use of colposcopy in postmenopausal women through 765 women with different years of menopause, focusing on the observation of the cervical squamous junction and understanding its uptake and evolution. Materials and Methods From October 1979 to September 1986, our hospital gynecological outpatient colposcopy 2644 cases of natural menopause more than one year of 765 cases of age
