目的:探讨胰岛素抵抗在不同类型急性脑梗死中的分布特点.方法:急性脑梗死84例,对照组36例.根据中国缺血性卒中亚型分类标准,将急性脑梗死者分为:大动脉粥样硬化组(LAA) 52例;穿支动脉病变组(PAD) 32例.检测空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血压、血脂.
