目的:防止癌细胞沿血道、淋巴道扩散及种植.方法:介绍无瘤技术在肿瘤手术中的应用.结果:通过严格执行无瘤技术操作可有效减少根治性手术后肿瘤的局部复发和远处转移.结论:手术人员将无瘤技术认真贯穿在恶性肿瘤手术根治术的始终,有效地防止癌细胞医源性扩散.
无瘤技术在恶性肿瘤手术中的应用体会
