采用金相显微镜、硬度仪、拉伸机和扫描电镜对在700℃下服役8万小时的AISI321不锈钢固溶处理后显微组织和室温性能的转变进行了研究。结果表明:在1050℃下固溶处理使服役后AISI321不锈钢中的σ相逐渐溶解,σ相的含量明显减少;固溶处理后显微硬度明显降低;固溶处理使服役后的AISI321不锈钢抗拉强度明显降低(从690MPa降至610MPa),断后伸长率升高(从32%上升为60%),断裂形式从脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。
The microstructure and room temperature properties of AISI321 stainless steel solution treated at 700 ℃ for 80,000 hours were investigated by metallographic microscope, hardness tester, tensile tester and scanning electron microscope. The results show that after the solution treatment at 1050 ℃, the sigma phase of AISI321 stainless steel gradually dissolves and the content of σ phase decreases obviously after solution treatment. The microhardness of the AISI321 stainless steel decreases obviously after solution treatment. The strength was significantly reduced (from 690 MPa to 610 MPa), the elongation at break increased (from 32% to 60%), and the fracture pattern changed from brittle to ductile.
