Change of Trichoderma Harzianum T21 on Tolerance to High Temperature and Activity of Biocontrol Enzy

Trichoderma REMI strains, which constructed by restriction enzyme-mediated integration from biocontrol fungus Trichoderma harzianum strain T21, were selected to determine the change of Trichoderma Harzianum T21 on tolerance to high temperature (55C) and activity of biocontrol enzymes.Of 150 Trichoderma REMI trains, 4 strains (Ttrm25, Ttrm68, Ttrm123 and Ttrm125) could continue growing after incubated for 5 h at 55℃, which indicated those strains with high tolerance to high temperature and 2 strains (Ttrm31 and Ttrm68) with high activities of chitinase and β-1,3-Glucanase.Further analysis showed that protein profiles of thermostable Trichoderma REMI strains (Ttrm25, Ttrm68, Ttrm123 and Ttrm125)were more than those of wild strain T21 and the different protein profiles were at these regions (Rf > 0.593) which may be the small molecule heat shock protein.
