就一座高炉而言,降低其燃料比,会给炼铁厂带来好的效益。而就一个联合企业而言,高炉煤气是后续工序的二次能源,高炉还具有对煤炭能源的转换功能,其生产的煤气可用来代替天燃气和石油等一次能源,高炉燃料比降低,产生煤气的质和量都要降低,因而就存在着一个企业经济燃料比问题。本文是利用能源模型计算一个钢铁联合企业的最佳用能方案,确定企业的经济燃料比。本能源横型也适用于其它的钢铁企业,对钢铁工业的节约能源有重要意义。

The blast furnace also has the function of converting coal energy, which can be used to replace primary energy such as natural gas and oil. The blast furnace fuel ratio is reduced to produce gas The quality and quantity should be reduced, so there is a problem of economy and fuel ratio of enterprises. In this paper, we use the energy model to calculate the optimal energy consumption scheme of a steel complex, and determine the economic fuel ratio of the enterprise. This type of energy is also applicable to other steel companies and is of great significance to the energy saving in the steel industry.
