Objectives Primary cardiac amyloidosis (CA) is associated with poor prognosis.However, the noninvasive diagnostic tools are limited.The aim of the study is to assess the utility of combined indexes of electrocardiography (ECG) and echocardiography (ECHO) in the diagnosis of primary CA.

目的 探讨养肺保元胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)临床稳定期临床疗效.方法 选择COPD患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例与对照组60例,所有病例均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用养肺保元胶囊,疗程为3个月,综合观察两组治疗前后肺功能、BODE指数、1年内AECOPD发作次数.
目的 观察益气健脾法对1 44例COPD稳定期肺脾气虚型患者临床症状、肺功能、BODE指数及营养状况的影响.方法 将144例COPD稳定期肺脾气虚型患者随机分治疗组和对照组,各72例,两组均吸入舒利迭50/500ug,治疗组口服益气健脾颗粒剂,对照组口服中药安慰剂,疗程3个月.观察中医临床证候、肺功能、BODE评分、营养状况的情况.
目的 观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者诱导痰及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的浓度,及二者比值与气流受限是否相关.方法 连续收集2008年7月～2009年7月中国医科大学附属第一医院呼吸内科门诊就诊的COPD稳定期吸烟患者30名与30名健康吸烟对照组的诱导痰和空腹静脉血,测定诱导痰上清液和血清中hsCRP和IL-8的浓度,并将诱导痰及血清hsCRP与IL-8浓度与患者肺功能中FEV1/FVC
目的 观察武钢运输部工人肺通气功能情况.方法 单位体检时进行肺功能检查.结果 40岁以上慢阻肺的总体患病率为10.9％,其中吸烟者慢阻肺患病率显著高于不吸烟者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 肺功能检查是客观反映肺脏功能状态和无创伤的一种检查方法,也是早期发现患者呼吸系统损伤的一项重要手段.本次调查提示我们对于有长期接触粉尘工人,应该做定期职业健康检查,而肺功能检查作为一项必检项目应切实贯
