用自相关法测量超短脉冲的实验中,随着输入脉冲的能量、脉冲形状、分束比以及延迟时间的改变,在一定的条件下可得到产生畸变的自相关谱。畸变的自相关谱会使准确估算脉冲宽度产生偏差。文中从理论和实验两方面,着重研究了自相关信号产生畸变的物理机制,用数值计算的方法分析了参考信号和延迟信号的分束比、线性啁啾、脉冲形状对相关谱产生畸变的影响。理论分析结果和实验测量结果相吻合,验证了理论的正确性。
In the experiment of measuring the ultra-short pulse by the autocorrelation method, the autocorrelation spectrum that produces distortion can be obtained under certain conditions as the energy, pulse shape, splitting ratio and delay time of the input pulse change. Distortion of the autocorrelation spectrum will accurately estimate the pulse width deviation. In this paper, we study the physical mechanism of autocorrelation distortion in theory and experiment, and analyze the effect of the splitting ratio, linear chirp and pulse shape of the reference signal and delay signal on the distortion of the correlation spectrum by numerical calculation . The theoretical analysis and experimental results are in good agreement to verify the correctness of the theory.
