乳糜返流患者1例,女性;年龄64岁。表现为单侧下肢非凹陷性水肿数10年,后逐渐演变为双下肢水肿。外阴新生物3个月,无症状。有慢性肾衰病史。检查见双下肢、外阴橡皮样肿,双大阴唇葡萄样透明新生物呈簇状。组织病理学检查结果为外阴慢性炎症、组织水肿、淋巴管高度扩张、息肉样结构形成。诊断为乳糜返流、慢性肾衰。
Chylothorax in 1 patient, female; age 64 years. Unilateral deformity manifested as edema of the lower limbs for 10 years, gradually evolved into double lower extremity edema. New genital vulva 3 months, asymptomatic. A history of chronic renal failure. Check see double lower extremity vulvar gum swollen, double-labia grape-like transparent new creatures were clustered. Histopathological examination revealed chronic vulvar inflammation, tissue edema, lymphangioma, and polypoid structures. Diagnosis of chylous reflux, chronic renal failure.
