如何落实安全生产“四个到位”

：

企业应保证新建、改建、扩建项目的安全卫生设施"三同时"所需费用，隐患整改所需费用，日常安全管理费用，安全生产责任保险与工伤保险费用等安全投入到位。要加强对主要负责人、分管负责人和安全管理人员的培训考核；按照安全生产标准化的要求，建有完备的安全管理制度体系，并定期检查、评估制度体系的运行情况;同时，要加强应急预案管理，做好应急救援演练。
