糖芯片技术因其通量高、速度快等优点在糖及其复合物的生物活性筛选、构效关系研究等方面得到了应用,并已成为糖生物学和糖组学研究的有力手段之一.结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)在细胞粘附、迁移、增殖,血管生成、组织创伤修复等生物学过程中发挥着重要的作用,与肿瘤、心血管疾病和糖尿病等多种疾病发生和发展相关.
