　　Objective Multiple myeloma(MM)is the second most common hematological malignancy characterized by monoclonal proliferation of plasma cells that are derived from mature,terminally differentiated B cells.

目的 探讨旋股外侧动脉降支穿支嵌合皮瓣立体修复合并深部死腔的四肢创面的可行性及临床效果. 方法 2014年5月至2016年6月，采用旋股外侧动脉降支穿支嵌合皮瓣修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损28例，分别伴有不同程度的死腔、骨缺损或骨关节外露.其中肌瓣填塞深部死腔，穿支皮瓣覆盖浅表创面.皮瓣供区直接缝合. 结果 术后28例皮瓣均成活，供区均一期闭合.1例病人术后第2天发生动脉危象，经急诊手术探查取栓后皮瓣存

人脑胶质母细胞瘤U87细胞单克隆细胞的构建及异质性研究

目的 构建来源于人胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)细胞系U87 的单克隆细胞株，经鉴定后检测不同单克隆细胞株的表型差异，初步探讨产生异质性的分子机制。方法 利用小分子荧光染料羟基荧光素二醋酸盐琥珀酰亚胺脂(CFSE)作为筛选标记，有限稀释法构建来源于人胶质母细胞瘤细胞系U87 的单克隆细胞株，挑选具有典型形态特征的CF5 和G11 细胞株，经STR 鉴定后与未筛选的U87 细胞一起进行后续研究。
