Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures with digital three-dimensional reconstruction technique.Methods from January 2012 to December 2015,50 cases of fresh thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures of T5-L5 were treated with PKP by using the method of external digital positioning and probe application.According to t preoperative CT 3D reconstruction of digital measuring injury vertebral puncture point positioning and reconstruction of bone surface morphological structure,combined with DR/MRI comparison sheet DR magnification and improve the preoperative measurement,the puncture accuracy,using a C-arm X-ray perspective 1~2 times can fine tune the accurate selection of incision location,puncture and cannula was implanted,reaming,balloon dilatation,artificial bone/poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)implantation.Preoperative and postoperative Cobb angle and anterior and posterior margin height ratios were measured by X-ray film.VAS method was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the curative effect.Statistical methods using SPSS10.0 software analysis results,the paired t test,P<0.05 has statistical significance.
