This minisymposium will address recent advances in analytical and numerical studies of singular limits of multiscale physical models as certain parameters approach zero or infinity. It shall cover such areas as incompressible and fast rotating limits in fluid dynamics, hydrodynamical limits of complex fluid and kinetic models, and relaxations. The singular nature of these models makes it challenging to rigorously justify and quantify their limits and to numerically simulate them in a way consistent with theory.Novel techniques and results in partial differential equations, stochastic differential equations and numerical analysis will be discussed
