目的 了解门诊泌尿外科处方中抗菌药物的使用现状,促进合理用药.方法 随机抽取2013年6月份该院门诊泌尿外科抗菌药物处方1386张,对抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计分析.结果 1386张抗菌药物处方中,不合理应用抗菌药物处方共计823张,占抗菌药物处方的59.4％,不合理用药主要表现为无指征用药、超疗程用药、用药方法不当及不合理联合用药情况.

目的 了解我院住院患者抗菌药物临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据.方法 对我院2009年～2012年住院患者应用抗菌药物的品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计、分析.结果 我院2009～2012年住院患者应用抗菌药物销售金额和DDDs均呈逐年增长趋势;
目的 了解我院特殊使用级抗菌药物的临床使用情况和存在问题,为特殊使用级抗菌药的合理应用提供科学依据.方法 回顾性调查分析我院201 1年1月～2012年12月各临床科室使用特殊使用级抗菌药物的住院病历89例.
目的 评价我院临床药师干预骨科髋、膝关节置换手术围术期患者抗菌药物预防性应用的效果.方法 采用回顾性方法,对我院2011年7～12月(干预前)和2012年7～12月(干预后)骨科行髋、膝关节置换手术住院患者归档病历资料进行统计、分析.结果 通过对围术期预防用抗菌药物进行干预,抗菌药物的不合理使用率从89.5％降至11.5％,人均抗菌药物费用从1456.7元降至69.6元.
