研究了NbTi_(50)超导合金铸锭、加工态的化学组份均匀性问题,用PSEM—500X型扫描电子显微镜对所有样品进行了测试与观察,探讨了均匀化热处理制度。将铸锭加工至一定尺寸后再进行均匀化处理,可以缩短均匀化处理时间。高温长时间的均匀化热处理,能够消除晶内偏析,使组份的化学成分均匀,有利于超导性能,特别是Jc的提高(4.2K、7.5T:非均匀化样品的Jc为8.2×10~4A/cm~2,均匀化样品的Jc为9.4×10~4A/cm~2)。D-S衍射分析结果表明,在均匀化热处理的冷却过程中,没有发现第二相析出。
The NbTi_ (50) superconducting alloy ingot was studied. The homogeneity of the chemical composition of NbTi_ (50) superconducting alloy ingot was investigated. All samples were tested and observed with PSEM-500X scanning electron microscope, and the homogenization heat treatment system was discussed. The ingot processing to a certain size and then homogenized, you can shorten the homogenization processing time. Homogenization heat treatment at high temperature for a long time can eliminate the segregation in the crystal and make the chemical composition of the component uniform, which is advantageous to the superconducting property, especially to Jc (4.2K, 7.5T: Jc of non-uniformized sample is 8.2 × 10 ~ 4A / cm ~ 2, Jc of homogenized sample is 9.4 × 10 ~ 4A / cm ~ 2). D-S diffraction analysis results show that during the homogenization heat treatment, no precipitation of the second phase was found.
