  Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and boron nitride (BN) were used to prepare thermal conductive epoxy composites.MWCNTs were grafted by glycidyl methacrylate via free radical polymerization.BN was modified by zirconate coupling agent.Epoxy composites containing single BN and hybrid filler system were prepared.Thermal conductivity of epoxy composites was improved significantly by the surface functionalized fillers.
