导游词除了文化传播的功能外,作为“物”的符号表述,还能体现其创造者和使用者——导游的需求,沿途导游词因其动态性和自由性则更能充分体现。因此从导游的视角来审视沿途导游词,置其在“导游与旅游者”互动的场域中,探索其承载的“好客”之道。通过五段导游话语分析出导游的好客“幻象”是为了获取更多回扣收入的“真实”。借助旅游产品线的梳理,指出导致“导客关系”僵化的不只是导游与旅行社,旅游者也是始作俑者。余论部分延伸探讨了上述问题的国家监管的滞后性和学术支撑的薄弱性。
In addition to the function of cultural transmission, tour guide words can also reflect the needs of their creators and users - tour guides.
