　　Background: Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection.The infectious process of Mtb brings various pathological changes such as inflammatory exudation, granuloma, and cavity formation, as well as abnormalities of blood coagulation system.All of these changes can be reflected in the serum proteomics.
