Abstract Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effectsof antivirus compound(ATVC) on chronic immune hepatic fibrosis.Methods Rat models of chronic immune hepatic fibrosis inducedby hog blood serum were made in 14 weeks.Colchicine(CLC) andATVC were respectively administered in different groups in the dosesof 1g/kg,2g/kg,4g/kg and 8g/kg respectively.
