高炉冶炼过程中的上料是直接影响高炉的冶炼状况、生铁质量和矿焦比例是否合理的关键工序。因此,高炉上料系统的上料速度、称量准确度和装料制度的灵活性对高炉的冶炼是有十分重要的意义的。本文拟就本系统的设计思想、硬件结构及系统应用程序等作简要的阐述。
The blast furnace smelting process feeding is a key process that directly affects the smelting status of the blast furnace, the quality of pig iron and the proportion of coke and coke is reasonable.
