This paper comprehensively summarizes and discusses the work practices of constructing high-yield and high-efficiency mines in Daliuta Coal Mine. Daliuta Coal Mine relied on scientific and technological progress, innovated management mode, established a lean and efficient organizational structure, scientific and rational operating mechanism, and built a “high starting point”.
