本文根据炭黑的结构特征和形态,对前期研究提出的炭黑/橡胶复合体系的热导率球形模型进行了改进,提出了新的预测模型,并推导出热导率计算方程。利用球形模型和新模型分别对N234炭黑、N330炭黑、N375炭黑和N539炭黑填充胶的热导率进行了理论预测,并与实验结果进行对比,发现:在炭黑体积分数2%~35%内,新模型比球形模型能更好地预测炭黑填充胶的热导率;新模型对四种胶热导率的预测结果,最大偏差不超过9%,平均偏差小于4%。
In this paper, according to the structural characteristics and morphology of carbon black, the thermal conductivity spherical model of carbon black / rubber composite system proposed in the previous research was improved. A new prediction model was proposed and the thermal conductivity calculation equation was deduced. The thermal conductivity of N234 carbon black, N330 carbon black, N375 carbon black and N539 carbon black filler were predicted by the spherical model and the new model, respectively, and compared with the experimental results. It was found that when the volume fraction of carbon black is 2% ~ 35%. The new model predicts the thermal conductivity better than the spherical model. The new model predicts the thermal conductivity of the four kinds of rubber with the maximum deviation less than 9% and the average deviation less than 4%.
