ZrB2–ZrSi2–SiC composites were fabricated by reactive spark plasma sintering using ZrC and Si as additives.ZrSi2 and SiC was fabricated by in-situ reaction of ZrC and Si,which improved both sinterability and mechanical properties of ZrB2 creamics.The densification of ZrB2–ZrSi2–SiC was nearly completed at 1500℃ for 10 min under an uniaxial pressure of 40 MPa.
