Background:Liver biopsy is recommended before therapy for patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B(CHB) when alanine aminotransferase(ALT) Less than or equal to2upper limit of normal(ULN) and HBV DNA Greater than or equal to20,000 IU/ml.According to the Asian-Pacific association for the study of the liver(APASL) practice guidelines,antiviral treatment should be initiated if moderate or greater inflammation or fibrosis were found.However,liver biopsy has several limitations.

目的：为调查我院门诊糖皮质激素的使用情况，规范糖皮质激素的合理应用，对门诊糖皮质激素处方进行处方点评.方法：抽取2014年1月-12月的糖皮质激素使用率排名前10名的科室各100张处方共1000张处方进行分析.结果：我院门诊糖皮质激素的平均使用率为6.14％，不适宜处方的比例为12.1％，存在一定的不合理用药现象.结论：开展糖皮质激素用药适宜性分析，是医院处方点评工作的延伸.我院存在用药不适宜现象
目的 了解部队医院药品不良反应(ADR)的一般情况及相关影响因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 对我院2011～2013年上报的292例ADR,分别从患者性别、年龄、给药途径、引发ADR的药物品种、累及器官或系统和临床表现等进行回顾性分析。
