医院文化是一个医院在发展过程中形成的以医院精神和管理理念为核心、凝聚、激励医院各级管理者和员工归属感、积极性、创造性的人本管理理论,是医院的灵魂和精神支柱.医院文化建设主要包括总结、提炼和培育鲜明的医院核心价值观和医院精神,结合医院发展战略,围绕"以病人为中心",提炼各具特色、充满生机而又符合医院实际的管理理念,进一步完善医院制度,寓文化建设于制度之中,规范员工行为,提高管理效能,提高医疗服务质量,提升医院的信誉度,树立医院良好的形象;营造良好的医院视觉环境和人文环境,充分发挥环境对医院物质精神文明建设的载体作用推动力,构建调协有力的领导体制和运行机制,不断提高医院文化建设水平.
