Supercritical solvent deasphalting nozzle is an important component in the process of asphalt spray granulation.According to the mechanism of mass and heat transfer in phase change of pentane due to pressure drop,the changes of inlet pressure,inlet temperature and the structural dimension were simulated to investigate the influence of flow rule of pentane flash evaporation in the nozzle by using Mixture method of Fluent.
