Objective Liver transplantation is the most effective treatment for liver diseases and great success has been achieved in past several years.But acute rejection after liver transplantation is still a serious problem for many recipients, which lead to higher Mortality rate and economic burden.IFN family played a role in acute rejection after liver transplantation.Our research tried to find the association between the single nucleotide polymorphism in IFN acute rejection after liver transplantation and acute rejection after liver transplantation.
