本文研制了一种用于高温的材料试验装置,该装置能使拉伸和压缩试样在保护气体中快速加热、变形和急冷,以获取瞬间状态的高温变形组织。将该装置用于电子万能试验机上,能研究改变温度、应变速率、变形程度对材料力学性能和内部组织的影响,为采用静态方法来观察高温变形中的动态过程提供了有效的手段。
In this paper, a high-temperature material testing device was developed, which can make the tensile and compressive samples rapidly heated, deformed and quenched in the shielding gas to obtain the high-temperature deformation structure in an instantaneous state. The device used in electronic universal testing machine, to study changes in temperature, strain rate, the degree of deformation on the mechanical properties and internal organization of the material for the use of static methods to observe the dynamic process of high temperature deformation provides an effective means.
