The research adopted intragastric administration to give rats that were bound for five days Shu Yu naloxone and traditional Chinese medicine capsules, and found that ShuYu capsulecan significantly improve behavioral changmcnts of the female bondage stress model rats.Culture as blank control group, the preparation serum of normal rats and model rats and drug-intervention rat is added to the cultured rat hippocampal neurons in vitro for 24 h.
