目的 骨髓属于辐射高度敏感组织，骨髓造血损伤是辐射损伤的基本表现之一，其中骨髓间充质干细胞功能损伤是关键。辐射诱导骨髓间充质干细胞功能损伤主要表现为增殖、成骨分化抑制，与骨髓成骨细胞的数量与造血功能活跃程度密切相关。
目的 表观遗传调控在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。我们发现唯一能进行H3K79一、二、三甲基化的组蛋白甲基转移酶DOT1L 在结直肠癌中高表达，然而组蛋白H3K79 的甲基化在结直肠癌中的作用尚未有研究报道。
