Background Study the detection of soluble programmed death ligand sPD-L1 influence on human T lymphocyte function and mechanism.Methods The inhibition of proliferation of T lymphocytes by sPD-L1 was studied using CCK-8 incorporation.The influence of cell cycle and apoptosis of T lymphocytes by sPD-L1 was studied using flow cytometry.Westem blotting analysis of PD-1 signaling motif tyrosine phosphorylation level, further analysis of raising the amount of signal adaptor molecule SHP-1 and SHP-2 immunoprecipitation, to investigate the mechanism of sPD-L1 induced inhibition of PD-1 signal.
