上海虹桥丽宝广场(北)位于虹桥商务核心区一期01地块D04a街坊,建筑造型独特,结构体系采用了不对称大底盘双塔楼结构。两个塔楼一个为L形,一个为圆形,平面形状及刚度相差显著,结构的扭转效应明显。其平面和立面规则性均超限,不满足现行抗震设计规范的要求。采用了PUSH&EPDA程序建立了结构整体分析模型,对结构进行了7度罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性分析。计算结果表明,罕遇地震下结构的最大弹塑性层间位移角为1/89,满足规范要求。
Shanghai Hongqiao Lippo Plaza (North) is located in Block D04a, Block 01, Phase I, Hongqiao CBD. The building has a distinctive architectural style and uses a twin tower structure with asymmetric large chassis. One for the two towers L-shaped, one for the circular shape and stiffness of the significant difference between the obvious twisting effect of the structure. Its plane and elevation regularities are beyond the limits, does not meet the requirements of the current seismic design specifications. The PUSH & EPDA program was used to establish the overall structural analysis model, and the static elasto-plastic analysis of the structure under rare earthquakes of seven degrees was carried out. The calculation results show that the maximum elastic-plastic interlayer displacement angle of the structure under rare earthquakes is 1/89, which meets the requirements of the code.
