objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis,therapeutic methods of extramammary Pagets disease.Methods Overall,a case of scrotal Pagets disease were included.The case underwent surgical resection of the diseased sites after making the biopsy.The incisal margin was 2 cm apart from the edge of the lesion,and resection depth reached deep fascia.
