老年隐蔽性高血压患者与白大衣高血压患者血压昼夜节律特点分析

【摘要】

：

目的探讨老年隐蔽性高血压患者与白大衣高血压患者血压昼夜节律特点.方法选择2010年12月～2012年12月在我院查体老年人群543例,根据患者在门诊血压测量结果及动态血压监测结果将所有入选者分为持续高血压组(SH组,156例)、隐蔽性高血压组(MH组,98例),白大衣高血压组(WCH组,89例)和理想血压组(NH组,200例),分析比较不同组别患者血压变异性特点.
