  Confined diffusion is ubiquitous in nature and industry.Different from free Brownian diffusion in simple fluids, confined diffusion in complex media is anomalous that exhibits a nonlinear relation of mean square displacement and elapsed time.Recent studies have found that even Brownian diffusion with linear mean square displacement could be non-Gaussian.
