在当今的生物信息学领域，各种新技术不断推陈出新，大量的分析工具也随之快速涌现。在这些为数众多的工具当中，工作流平台虽然不具备特定的分析功能，但却日益成为研究工作中不可或缺的一部分，其在整合分析资源，固化工作成果，定制个性分析和提升工作效率等方面发挥了越来越重要的作用。
